The Internets Most Powerful Words

About 8 years ago I was browsing the late Corey Rudl’s website reading through his very long ad copy, in the middle of a sentence there was hyperlinked words giving reference to another webpage, this hyperlink was not just underlined words it alsocontained the words click here.

Most webmasters/bloggers will only link words figuring the readers will see the words are underlined and they will click to navigate.

Words of Action/Command,
I LOVE words that make my Potential Prospects BANG on my Hyperlink like people banging on the door of a local bank on FREE Money Day……..that’s if there were such a thing…….is there?

I make money online through affiliate links “Promoting other peoples/companies Stuff”
I found the most productive way to this is to create my own ad copy and not use most of the affiliate promotional tools.
I use to browse the affiliate websites looking for a angle or something that sells me, then I used it in part of my ad copy.

When I seen that Corey linked his words with click here a light went on!! how clever, ok…. not uncommon many people use these words for navigation, however these words are also words of Action/Command.  I started rewriting my hyperlinked action lines and added click here
at the end.

Sound Silly?…maybe…however, by adding these two words at the end of my action lines it increased my clickthru ratio by 20%.
