Sure you might build a big FALSE following….but who and or how many are truly following and listening?
If your a grab and run marketer then yea auto follow is the way to go.
If your seeking new clients and build a long lasting relationship…yes maybe
you can use software….Well your the marketing experts you figure it out.

I would be professionally personable and NOT send hack job auto messages….that would be a good start.
